Westbury Wheelers 24 mile Hilly Time Trial 15 May 2011
I hope you all enjoyed your ride, fortunately the weather was good to us during this unseasonably good spring/summer. Well done to all of the winners and riders and good luck to all of you for the rest of the season.
Many thanks to all that helped towards the smooth running of the event notably the marshals, cake makers and sellers and a special mention to the West DC for their support in getting this event back in the calendar and to the time keeper Paul Arayan.
It is our intention to run a Westbury Wheelers Hilly again in 2012 and return it to the WTTA Hardriders fixture list, original thoughts were to use the U360 this year and work out a new course with a start closer to the HQ for 2012, however given the positive feedback regarding the course received this year we may have to have a rethink, so until next time.
